Parenting in academia
I had two kids during my postdoc, and being a parent has made me a better mentor and group leader. Still, there are challenges, and people often ask me about balancing motherhood and running a lab. Below I have linked resources that I have found helpful on my journey.
Mentorship
Mentoring is key for every stage of career development in academia, and we often simultaneously function as mentors and mentees.
